Step One: Apply for a Preliminary Check

Contact us via email: froman_y@mail.tel-aviv.gov.il for a preliminary check and initial opinion from the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality Engineering Administration on establishing a hotel in your desired location.

Step Two: Schedule Round Table Discussion

Once you’re ready with a vision for your hotel and want to get a preliminary opinion, you will need to participate in a round table discussion with the relevant departments in the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality (i.e. the Business Licensing Department, the Construction Licensing Department, etc). To arrange the round table discussion, please contact us via email: froman_y@mail.tel-aviv.gov.il.

Step Three: Round Table Discussion

Throughout your round table discussion, representatives from the Tel Aviv-Yafo Municipality’s relevant departments will provide their inputs on your hotel plan: the do’s and don’ts, what inspections need to be done, etc.

After the steps above, you will continue the process with the Municipality’s Engineering Administration Department. If you need any assistance throughout the process, you are more than welcome to contact us. Please note, in addition to the steps above, you will also need to file a request for the property’s information file from the Israeli Government system.
